Gov. Malloy Announces Municipalities Can Begin Applying for Consideration as Opportunity Zones

Governor Malloy announced today that applications for Opportunity Zone consideration will be handled by the Department of Economic and Community Development.  Information on the application process and the submission form can be found in the attached press release.  Applications are due to DECD by 5:00 pm on Friday, March 16, 2018.
