Pullman & Comley’s Real Estate Practice Welcomes W. Glenn Major
WESTPORT, CT February 20, 2024 — Pullman & Comley, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of attorney W. Glenn Major to the firm as a member of the Real Estate practice. He has more than four decades of experience in residential and commercial real estate, estate planning and administration, probate matters and zoning law. Mr. Major will be based in Pullman & Comley’s Westport office.
Mr. Major will bolster and lead the residential real estate practice, adding to Pullman & Comley’s already strong commercial real estate group. He has closed in excess of 3,000 transactions — a significant number of those being seven-figure deals — and his practice consists primarily of the purchase and sale of residential real estate properties.
“Glenn will enhance our legal team in representing our many clients in Fairfield County. His stellar reputation in that part of the state precedes him,” says Lee Hoffman, chair of Pullman & Comley. “He’s effectively served his clients and the community throughout his career and we’re thrilled to have him on board.”
Glenn brings with him paralegal Lisa S. Lagerloef, who has more than 30 years of legal industry experience and 20 years of experience working in residential real estate transactions. Lisa has worked directly with Glenn for the past nine years.
A lifelong resident of Weston, Mr. Major has developed long-term working relationships with contractors, brokers and lenders in his area and throughout the state. He has also performed significant zoning/land use work in Weston, Westport and adjoining communities, along with tax assessment appeals.
Mr. Major served on the Weston Board of Selectmen for eight years, has been a justice of the peace, chairman of Nursing & Home Care Inc., served on the Weston History and Cultural Center Board as a trustee and treasurer, and also served on the United Way board. He received his J.D. from Creighton University and his B.A. from College of the Holy Cross.
