Tim Ronan Discusses Digital Evidence on NBC Connecticut

Timothy G. Ronan, co-chair of Pullman & Comley's Litigation practice and adjunct professor at Quinnipiac Law School was interviewed by NBC Connecticut about developments in the ongoing trial of Ellington resident Richard Dabate, who is accused of killing his wife Connie in December 2015.

Recent testimony in the trial concerned text messages and communication Dabate had exchanged before and after the murder. Tim commented on the importance of these electronic communications at trial "to the extent [they] can be properly authenticated."
