Lee Hoffman Discusses New Law with Impact on CT Energy Industry

Attorney Lee Hoffman, chair of Pullman & Comley’s Environment, Energy, and Telecommunications Department, was quoted in the Hartford Business Journal article, “CT Throws A Lifeline to Fuel Cells, Waste to Energy.” In the article, Lee comments on a new law passed by the state legislature which could have a major impact on Connecticut’s energy industry. Lee recently told industry personnel that Public Act 17-144, which was signed by Gov. Dannel P. Malloy on June 28, could be a boon to both fuel cells and waste to energy power plants.
