IN THE NEWS: Lee Hoffman Discusses Low-emissions Renewable Energy Credit (LREC) Program

Pullman & Comley attorney Lee Hoffman, chair of the Regulatory, Energy and Telecommunications practice, was quoted in, "CT Fuel Cell Programs Shuns CT Fuel Cell Industry," an article about the Low-emissions Renewable Energy Credit (LREC) program awarded to a California based company.   

According to Lee, "It speaks to the success of the program that [fuel cell producers throughout the country] wanted to participate" in Connecticut’s LREC program.
