Pullman & Comley Labor & Employment attorney Joshua Hawks-Ladds was quoted in "Health Care Unions Accused of RICO Violations," an article about how two health care unions were committing extortion under RICO laws, which were created to fight organized crime. 

According to Josh, "RICO claims in employment matters are extraordinarily rare, especially due to the requirement that there be a combination of conspirators."
