IN THE NEWS: Diane Whitney Comments on Medical Marijuana Businesses in Connecticut

Pullman & Comley Environmental Law department chair Diane Whitney was quoted in "Despite Ethical Questions, Lawyers Represent Marijuana Enterprises" an article about medical marijuana facilities opening in Connecticut.

According to Diane, "I can only guess the negative response to dispensaries is based on concern that they will attract illegal activity, such as robbery of the customers who go there to pick up their prescriptions."
