IN THE NEWS: CBA Names Marcy Tench Stovall New Ethics Committee Chair

Pullman & Comley Litigation attorney Marcy Tench Stovall was quoted in The Connecticut Law Tribune article, "CBA Names New Ethics Committee Chair."  The article reports on her new role as head of the Connecticut Bar Association Standing Committee on Professional Ethics.

According to Marcy, "I expect that over the next few years we will see an increasing number of questions having to do with technology in law practice.  All lawyers have a professional responsibility to keep up with changes in the law and law practice, including the risks and benefits of relevant technology."
