Attorney Elliott B. Pollack Featured in Connections Magazine: Top 10 Health Law Issues 2017

Attorney Elliott Pollack, member of Pullman & Comley's Health Care Department and Property Tax and Valuation Department, was among ten thought leaders featured in the American Health Lawyers Association Connections Magazine January cover story, "Top 10 Health Law Issues 2017."

Elliott's piece was issue number ten: "Property Tax Exemptions for Nonprofits." As some local governments question the tax-exempt status of large entities with significant annual revenue, Elliott writes, "Health care providers in 2016 continued to question the viability of the not-for-profit hospital tax exemption."
