Gary O'Connor Named to the Hartford Business Journal's 2024 Power 25 in Real Estate

Gary O'Connor, co-chair of Pullman & Comley's Real Estate, Energy, Environmental, and Land Use practice, has recently been recognized as a "2024 Power 25" in Real Estate by the Hartford Business Journal.

Gary has extensive experience in all aspects of complex industrial and commercial real estate transactions, particularly those impacted by environmental conditions. He currently co-chairs Connecticut's Brownfields Working Group and has been a leading figure in revising the state's environmental laws. Additionally, Gary played a pivotal role in establishing the Office of Brownfields Remediation and Development, the central hub for state brownfield issues. Gary has been involved in the redevelopment of over 100 acres of brownfield sites, demonstrating his ability to transform properties impacted by environmental conditions into valuable real estate assets.
