Andrew Glassman Quoted on CT Business Questions about the New Cannabis Law

Andrew C. Glassman, an attorney in Pullman & Comley's Cannabis practice, discussed how workplaces are affected by Connecticut's new law legalizing marijuana in a Connecticut Law Tribune article, "Companies Have Lots of Questions for Their Attorneys on Connecticut's New Law Legalizing Marijuana."

Andy noted that the firm is advising dozens of clients to revise their workplace drug policy handbooks and guidelines.  With rules related to cannabis and the workplace taking effect in 2022, employers may want to implement or update a written policy now.
