Monte Frank to Speak at National Conference of Bar Presidents' 2026 Annual Meeting
Pullman & Comley Litigation practice co-chair Monte E. Frank will present the workshop "What's Your Why? How Your Past Fuels Your Purpose" at the National Conference of Bar Presidents' (NCBP) 2026 Annual Meeting. The session will be moderated by Mark A. Dupree Sr., Past-President of the Kansas Bar Association, and will feature co-speaker Juan R. Thomas, President-Elect of the NCBP.
Attendees will hear from bar leaders whose personal experiences and family histories with Jim Crow and the Holocaust have shaped their paths as lawyers, and how these experiences continue to influence their leadership journeys including their work with state and national bar associations to protect the rule of law. Participants will then join fellow bar leaders in reflecting on how their own stories, and their families' stories, have influenced what drives their work as lawyers and leaders, and how it might shape their passion for bar leadership.
