12:00 - 2:00 p.m. EDT
CBA Law Center (and virtual), 30 Bank Street, New Britain

Workers’ Compensation practice may be different from other areas of the law, but what remains constant are the rules of professional conduct. Professional Liability attorneys David P. Atkins and Dana M. Hrelic will lead a presentation and discussion of rules which often affect workers’ compensation practitioners hypotheticals to help those practitioners minimize the risk of being ensnared in either professional liability or disciplinary trouble.

The seminar will cover:

  • Those provisions of the Rules of Professional Conduct that workers’ compensation practitioners most frequently encounter;
  • How to navigate the practice while managing professional liability risks and staying within the boundaries of both the Rules of Professional Conduct and the tenets of professionalism.
