Adam J. Cohen to Present on "Tax Collector Sales" for CBA's Real Property Section 

Adam J. Cohen, vice chair of the Connecticut Bar Association's Real Property Section will be the guest speaker at the Section's November meeting and will discuss "Tax Collector Sales." Adam, who serves as chair of Pullman & Comley's Municipal Law and Community Associations Section, will explain how municipal tax collectors conduct nonjudicial auctions to recover unpaid taxes and other delinquencies, the laws which govern them, and the most common issues which arise under them.
