Adam Mocciolo, who chairs Pullman & Comley’s Immigration Practice, will present “How to navigate the F1-H1B Visa Process – Rules, regulations, changes through the years: what you need to know.”  Jon Orleans, chair of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice, will address the topic, “Understanding new classifications on exempt vs. non-exempt employees and overtime.”
