Title IX on the Nines Webinar Series: Athletics

Pullman & Comley's Title IX on the Nines, a webinar series designed for Title IX coordinators, investigators, decision-makers and administrators, continues on Thursday, February 9.

This 30-minute program will feature Education Law attorney Gwaina D. Wauldon and Labor and Employment attorney Jonathan B. Orleans as they discuss an overview of Title IX in athletics and provide a recap of the recent federal court case Soule, et al v. Connecticut Association of Schools, et al, which issued a decision affirming the rights of transgender athletes.
