Title IX on the Nines Webinar Series: Recent Developments in Athletics
In the January 9 Title IX on the Nines series webinar, Education Law attorney Melinda B. Kaufmann and Labor & Employment attorney Jonathan B. Orleans will cover recent developments in athletics. They will review the Soule, et al v. Connecticut Association of Schools, et al. case challenging the CIAC’s rules regarding the rights of transgender athletes at the high school level, and provide the most recent updates that impact Title IX.
