Thomas S. Lambert Moderates FCBA Panel on the Impact of COVID-19 on Personal Injury and Insurance Defense Practice

Thomas S. Lambert, a Litigation associate, was the moderator for the November 2, 2020 Fairfield County Bar Association webinar, "Analyzing the Impact of COVID-19 on Personal Injury and Insurance Defense Practice."

The webinar presenters - James Noonan, Lewis Lerman, Jeremy Vishno and Wesley Malowitz - provided information related to the changes that have emerged as a result of the pandemic, including:

• Experiences and feedback of courts, including conferences, hearings and oral argument;
• Challenges with conducting discovery and ensuring case progress; and
