2026-27 School Law Seminar Series with the Connecticut Association of Schools: Investigations

Pullman & Comley’s School Law attorneys Melinda B. Kaufmann, Zachary D. Schurin and Mark J. Sommaruga will partner with the Connecticut Association of Schools (CAS) for a four-course series featuring a mix of in-person and virtual programs covering legal topics school administrators face every day.

Zach Schurin, chair of the firm’s School Law practice, will kick off the series with an in-person session at CAS focused on investigations, including student search and seizure rules and recent case law involving student cell phone searches.
