SEMINAR: State Tax 360 Conference

Pullman & Comley Property Valuation attorney Laura Cardillo presented "An Experiment in Land Value Taxation" at the Connecticut  Society of Certified Public Accountants, State Tax 360 Conference.  Laura reviewed the Land Value Taxation pilot program concept, potential implications of a program on real estate property taxation and an example of one Connecticut town trying to implement such a program.
