SEMINAR: Review of Recent Court Decisions

Pullman & Comley attorneys Gregory F. Servodidio and Laura A. Bellotti spoke at this session of the Annual Conference of the Society of Professional Assessors. Greg and Laura presented recent property tax court decisions from CT, RI, MA and NJ. Topics covered included the valuation of such complex commercial properties as a casino, continuing care retirement community and power plant.
