Construction Law Section Meeting

Pullman & Comley attorney Richard Robinson, chair of the Construction Law and Litigation Section moderated a panel for the Connecticut Bar Association's Construction Section Meeting.  The topic for the meeting was, "Managing Risk for Connecticut Construction Companies."  The meeting also reviewed Capstone Building Corp. et al v. American Motorists Ins. Co., SC 18886, 2013 Conn. Lexis 187 (2013).
