ConnACCA Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Panel

Attorneys Steven J. Bonafonte and Timothy G. Ronan, co-chairs of Pullman & Comley’s Cybersecurity, Data Privacy and Infrastructure Protection Practice, presented a program on current legal issues in cybersecurity and data privacy, and what companies should do in the aftermath of a breach, as well as developments in the standard of care applicable to cybersecurity matters and legal exposure in contracts.  Steve, who formerly served as managing corporate counsel and as the enterprise privacy and corporate compliance officer at a Fortune 100 financial services company, also spoke about building privacy programs in-house.
