The Connecticut Bar Association is hosting a seminar "Complying with the Connecticut Rules of Professional Conduct: Avoiding Malpractice and Disciplinary Traps," at which Pullman & Comley litigation attorney Marcy Tench Stovall will be a speaker on a number of professional liability and risk management topics for attorneys, including safekeeping property, IOLTA accounts, random audits of clients' funds accounts and attorney advertising.
