SEMINAR: Challenges and Recent Developments in Valuation and Construction

Property Tax and Valuation practice co-chair Elliott B. Pollack spoke on statutory and unique valuations related to “Hospitality, Healthcare and Retirement Homes” at the RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) and the International Property Tax Institute (IPTI) 4th Annual Caribbean Valuation and Construction Conference. The conference, held on November 18-19, 2015, addressed issues as they relate to valuation and construction.
