Attorneys Goldman and Austin Appear at The First Annual Connecticut Bankruptcy Conference

Irve J. Goldman, an attorney in Pullman & Comley's Bankruptcy, Creditors' Rights and Financial Restructuring practice area, presented at the Connecticut Bar Association's First Annual Connecticut Bankruptcy Conference on October 4.  Mr. Goldman joined the Honorable Robert E. Gerber and William Harrington on a panel discussion regarding "Third Party Releases" from 1:30 p.m. - 2:45 p.m.  Elizabeth J. Austin, chair of the firm's Bankruptcy section, moderated a panel on the topic, "Article 9 Sales" from 11:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.

The full-day conference featured coverage of the new local bankruptcy court rules from Connecticut's Bankruptcy Court judges and provided information from top practitioners regarding best practices and ethical considerations in both commercial and consumer bankruptcy.  This program qualifies for CLE credit.
