SEMINAR: Attorney Michael Andreana to Speak on Tax Increment Financing and Economic Growth in CT

Pullman & Comley attorney Michael J. Andreana, member of the Government Finance practice, was a panelist at the Connecticut Main Street Center seminar "Beautiful Beginnings: Understanding CT’s new Tax Increment Financing Legislation." Mike discussed the passage of the expanded TIF (Tax Increment Financing) legislation in 2015, and the advantages for economic growth in Connecticut.

Additionally, the seminar covered how TIFs work, what types of activities are eligible for Tax Increment Financing and provide an overview for setting up a TIF district.
