Solving Problems During the Construction Process

Richard C. Robinson led a discussion on "Making Changes and Resolving Disputes During the Construction Process" as part of a full-day construction law seminar run by HalfMoon Education Inc. 

The first part of the seminar covered changes to the contract and contracted work, including types of changes, the contract change clause, requirements for making changes and liability issues.  The seminar then addressed how to solve problems during the construction process, including those related to site conditions, delays, disruption, acceleration and accidents.
