Livia Barndollar and Marcy Stovall to Speak on CBA Ethics Panel

Pullman & Comley attorneys Marcy T. Stovall and Livia DeFilippis Barndollar will participate in a presentation on ethics for lawyers on the move, sponsored by CBA's Standing Committee on Professional Ethics.

Livia will moderate the panel discussion, which will address the lateral movement between firms, exiting the practice of law, and planning for retirement. Marcy and the other panelists will cover topics including:

• the rights, obligations and responsibilities of both the lawyer and law firms involved when moving from a law firm, 
• insurance considerations for retirement,
