Pullman & Comley's Judge William J. Wenzel (Ret.), a member of the firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution practice who mediates family law matters, spoke at the Greater Bridgeport Bar Association's Family Law Seminar on a panel focusing on alimony-related topics with several other esteemed retired judges. The panelists shared how they would handle different case scenarios related to pendente lite alimony, alimony orders at trial, and post-judgement modification of alimony and addressed questions from the audience.
