Judge John Moore (Ret.) to Speak on Coverage Issues at Mediation

Judge John D. Moore (Ret.), a member of Pullman & Comley’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practice, will present a CLE program to the Litchfield County Bar Association. The session, titled “When Coverage Issues Rear Their Heads at Mediation,” will provide practical guidance for attorneys handling cases where insurance coverage issues arise during mediation.
