David Atkins and Marcy Stovall to Speak at the 2022 Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers Annual Meeting

Pullman & Comley Professional Liability attorneys David P. Atkins and Marcy Tench Stovall will speak at the 2022 Annual Meeting of the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers (APRL) scheduled for August 4 - 6 in Chicago.  APRL is a nationwide organization made up of  lawyers practicing in the areas of lawyers’ professional responsibility, legal ethics, legal malpractice, law firm risk management and the evolving law of lawyering.

David and Marcy will participate in a program titled "Great Debates: Point/Counterpoint on Lawyer Ethics" in which six panelists will debate controversial “hot topics” that have emerged in the last year in the fields of lawyers’ professional responsibility and the law of lawyering. David will be the program moderator.
