David Atkins to Speak at Connecticut Defense Lawyers Association's Annual Spring Meeting on the Anti-Bias Provision of lawyers' Rules of Provisional Conduct

David P. Atkins, attorney in Pullman & Comley's Professional Liability practice, will lead a program on the newly adopted and controversial anti-bias rule for Connecticut lawyers at the 2022 Connecticut Defense Lawyers Association Annual Spring Meeting. Effective on January 1, 2022, Connecticut Rule 8.4(7) is a version of the anti-bias ethics rule adopted by the American Bar Association in 2016.
