In a seminar hosted by the Connecticut Bar Association, attorneys Stephen Cowherd and Karen Wackerman discussed Healthcare Mergers & Acquisitions in 2019: A Connecticut Lawyer’s Guide.  With physician practices and other health care entities merging or being acquired by purchasers ranging from integrated health systems to private equity firms, the business and regulatory challenges faced by attorneys advising their clients continues to grow.

This interactive session focused on the following:
