Overview

Elyse M. Darcy is an associate in Pullman & Comley’s Litigation practice. She handles depositions, client communications, motion practice, court appearances, settlement negotiations, and discovery.

Prior to joining Pullman, Elyse was an associate at a Connecticut-based litigation firm, focusing on the defense of complex litigation matters; she served as a law clerk at the same firm during law school. Before law school, Elyse was a legal assistant at a boutique law firm focusing on mediation and arbitration, where she helped establish and manage the firm's daily operations and assisted with legal drafting, proofreading motions and decisions, and coordinating client communications and mediation matters.

During her time as an undergraduate and law school student, Elyse served as a compliance intern.  In this role, she won multiple precedent-setting waivers filed with the NCAA Legislative Relief Committee, advised student-athletes, parents, and coaches on issues of eligibility and legislative relief, and drafted and filed reports of NCAA rules violations and secondary infractions.

Elyse is a former NCAA Division I student-athlete at both the University of Southern California and Iona College.
