Brianna Mangiacotti

Brianna Mangiacotti is a paralegal in the Real Estate, Land Use and Environmental practice at Pullman & Comley. Brianna has experience in facilitating real estate transactions and coordinating estate planning and probate matters from intake through completion. Prior to joining the firm, she was with another full-service law firm where she served as a client services coordinator, overseeing a maintenance program of more than 250 clients, conducting in-depth financial evaluations, and tailoring document revisions to reflect evolving client circumstances. With nearly 15 years of paralegal experience, Brianna also has extensive experience establishing and managing business entities, including LLCs, sole proprietorships and corporations. Her work includes drafting and executing organizational documents, obtaining Certificates of Organization/Formation with Secretary of the State offices, and filing annual and biennial reports with various state databases.
