Overview
Natalya V. Tchekmareva is a paralegal in Pullman & Comley’s Litigation practice. She has more than 15 years of experience supporting litigation, commercial real estate, insurance defense, foreclosure, and complex class-action matters. She prepares court-ready filings, conducts legal research, coordinates electronic filings in state and federal courts, and supports all phases of litigation, including discovery, deposition preparation, and trial preparation. Natalya is skilled at managing complex litigation matters with large volumes of case materials and coordinating the administrative and procedural aspects of litigation in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Prior to joining Pullman & Comley, Natalya was with a national litigation firm's Hartford office, supporting attorneys across insurance defense, intellectual property, commercial real estate, construction, and securities and derivatives litigation, with backup support to the labor, employment, and education group. She held earlier roles as team lead and paralegal at a mortgage default and foreclosure services firm, and at a regional insurance defense firm, drafting discovery requests, and analyzing medical and billing records to support damages evaluations. While earning her paralegal degree at CT State Community College, Natalya was a member of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society and Alpha Beta Gamma Business Honor Society.
