Elizabeth J. Austin, chair of Pullman & Comley's Bankruptcy Section, wrote an article entitled “Appointment of Patient Care and Consumer Privacy Ombudsman Since the Addition of Sections 332 and 333 to the Bankruptcy Code by the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protections Act of 2005” for the New York City Bar's Committee on Bankruptcy and Corporate Reorganization, which was presented at the June 2007 meeting.
