Pullman & Comley Welcomes Associates Danielle Erickson and Griffin Kutzner to the Firm

BRIDGEPORT, CT, November 17, 2023 — Pullman & Comley, LLC is pleased to announce the addition of Danielle Erickson and Griffin Kutzner to the firm. Ms. Erickson is an associate in the firm's Trusts and Estates practice and Mr. Kutzner is an associate in the firm's Litigation practice.

Ms. Erickson, who was part of Pullman & Comley’s 2022 Summer Associate Program and served as a law clerk in the firm in the spring of 2023, assists with estate planning and administration matters, including fiduciary representation. She also works on matters involving non-profit organizations and their administration. A summa cum laude graduate of Boston College, Ms. Erickson earned her J.D. and Certificate of Taxation from the University of Connecticut School of Law, with honors.

While in law school, she worked in UConn Law’s Tax Clinic and served as president of the Family Law Association, vice president of the Women Law Students’ Association, events coordinator of the Tax Law Society and symposium co-editor of the Connecticut Public Interest Law Journal for the 2023 Symposium on parental rights. Ms. Erickson was also a recipient of the 2023 National Association of Women Lawyers Outstanding Law Student Award.

Mr. Kutzner, who was also a part of Pullman & Comley’s 2022 Summer Associate Program, works on general commercial litigation matters and drafts dispositive motions, briefs and arguments for litigation in State Court. He also works on discovery for state and federal court cases and municipal hearings. Mr. Kutzner is a graduate of Quinnipiac University, magna cum laude, and earned his J.D. at Quinnipiac University School of Law, summa cum laude.

During his time at Quinnipiac, Mr. Kutzner was the recipient of the Cornelius W. Wickersham, Jr. Award, the Academic Excellence Award and was a publication editor for the Quinnipiac Law Review. He worked as an intern in the United States Attorney's Office in New Haven where he conducted initial discovery with opposing counsel, drafted guilty plea agreements and aided the Chief of National Security and Cybercrime Unit in drafting Non-Prosecution Agreements.
