Law360 Interviews Kelly F. O'Donnell on Her Career at Pullman & Comley

Kelly F. O'Donnell, who recently was promoted to Partner and is part of the firm's Business Organizations and Finance and Trusts and Estates practices, spoke with Law360 about her path to Pullman & Comley and the experience she has gained since joining.

After graduating with her B.A. from the University of Connecticut and during her time in University of Michigan Law School, Kelly had many internships and placements, one of which was a summer associateship at Pullman & Comley. Kelly was offered a position as an associate at the firm soon after, jumpstarting her career and practice which now includes mergers and acquisitions, trusts and estates, tax planning and transactional law components for companies in numerous industries. 

Kelly, who also is part of the Pullman & Comley Diversity and Inclusion Committee, discusses what drew her to transactional law, her experience with family-owned businesses, trends that impact her practice, and her involvement in equity and inclusion matters.
