IN THE NEWS: Pullman & Comley Attorney Comments on New Connecticut Law Affecting Brownfield Development

Fairfield County Business Journal

Pullman & Comley attorney Lee D. Hoffman was quoted in a July 6, 2009, Fairfield County Business Journal article by Alex Soule, "Developers Get Brownfield Reprieve."

According to Lee, a new Connecticut law should promote additional development of brownfield sites, because certain, qualified developers of these properties will no longer be held liable for prior pollution of neighboring land, and thus run less risk of litigation.
