Pullman & Comley attorney Morris W. Banks was interviewed in the September 2011 issue of the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving's publication, Giving Advice:  A Resource for Professional Advisors.

In an article entitled, "Giving Today and Providing for Tomorrow:  How your clients can accomplish current charitable goals and take care of the next generation," Moe talks about how charitable lead trusts can be used to provide long-term estate tax benefits and leave a lasting legacy.
