Pullman & Comley Regulatory, Energy and Telecommunications attorney Matthew Stone was quoted in "Canton Seeks Developer's Help With Hydropower Project," an article about the town looking for private developers to help restart a stalled project.

Matt, who also serves as Energy Committee Chairman said, "This is a Herculean task and we need help,  the hope is to find a company that can pay for the engineering studies needed before the work can begin. The firm would also help with the regulatory permits needed as well."
