Lee Hoffman Reviews Two Storm Panel Recommendations

Pullman & Comley energy and environmental attorney Lee Hoffman, a member of the Two Storm Panel addressed at the Connecticut legislature's Energy and Technology Committee public hearing about two bills that would help to increase government oversight of the state's utilities.  This comes approximately five months after Hurricane Irene and Snowstorm Alfred left many Connecticut residents without power for over a week. 

According to Lee, "We need to balance the hardening of infrastructure with the cost of preparing for something that only happens every 10 to 20 years."
