IN THE NEWS: Labor & Employment Attorney Comments on Pratt & Whitney's Appeal of Federal Court Order

Pullman & Comley Labor and Employment attorney Joshua Hawks-Ladds commented on Pratt & Whitney's appeal of a federal court order blocking its plans to lay off most of 1,000 Connecticut workers by 2011 in an article in The Hartford Courant  entitled "Pratt Appeal Tells Union:  We're Playing Rough."

According to Josh, the company must argue that Judge Hall's ruling was "either not supported by the law or was clearly erroneous on the facts."
