Brad Mondschein Comments on AT&T Bid to Expand U-Verse

Brad N. Mondschein, a member of Pullman & Comley's Energy & Utilities Section, was quoted in an article entitled “AT&T, State in Web TV Tangle: Can Company Ignore a Federal Court Ruling?” for the October 15, 2007 edition of the Hartford Business Journal. The article discusses the ongoing battle between AT&T, which is trying to expand its U-verse video service and believes that it qualifies as an Internet-based video service under a new state law which became effective on 10/1, and the Connecticut Attorney General and the Office of Consumer Counsel, who claim that AT&T is attempting to gain unfair advantage over its cable company competition. Mondschein comments on AT&T’s position in the court fight as a result of the passing of the new legislation.
