IN THE NEWS: Attorney Lee D. Hoffman Comments on Pickens Energy Plan

Pullman & Comley environmental and energy attorney Lee D. Hoffman commented on the energy plan that billionaire energy investor T. Boone Pickens outlined during a talk at Yale University Law School in late March.  One aspect of the Pickens plan calls for federal legislation that would give tax credits to natural gas-fueled 18-wheel trucks.  According to Lee, there isn't enough natural gas infrastructure to support 18-wheelers that make cross-country trips.
