IN THE NEWS: Attorney Alex Hernandez Comments on Connecticut Pharmacy Case

Pullman & Comley attorney Alex Hernandez issued a statement on behalf of his client, Roy Katz, in "Connecticut Pharmacist Sentenced for Medicaid Fraud," an AP/The Hartford Courant article on March 30. 

R.G. Pharmacy and Roy Katz, its former president, entered into a civil agreement with the U.S. and the state of Connecticut in which they will pay $1.1 to resolve allegations that they violated the False Claims Act.  They did not admit liability.
