Attorney Adam S. Mocciolo Quoted on H-1B Visas

Attorney Adam S. Mocciolo, who chairs the firm's Immigration practice, was quoted in the Hartford Business Journal article, “Visa Delay Adds Uncertainty for CT Immigrant-entrepreneurs.” Speaking about the decline of applicants for H-1B visas this year, Adam said, “I certainly think it had to do with skepticism about the future of the program in general.” He added that the true impact of the Trump administration's executive orders may not be felt until next year or the year after.
