IN THE NEWS: Alan Sobol Comments on Mortgage Scammer Verdict

Pullman & Comley White Collar, Criminal Defense and Corporate Investigations attorney Alan Sobol was quoted in "Second Circuit Vacates Convicted Mortgage Scammer's 16-Year Verdict" an article about a mortgage fraud case in which a procedural error has caused the guilty party to be resentenced. 

According to Alan, "Any time a case is sent back for resentencing, all bets are off."
